Not demolishes… most of what I’m writing is my responses to a criteria point, but there are a few I disagree with… otherwise, what you wrote was brilliant, and other stuff you’ve written is really sound. This is too, even if I disagree with a few points :p

While we are flattered that we would be the main question/indicator of success, we realize there are several social media monitoring solutions available. The correct question/indicator is not necessarily in what tool to use, but how to use the tool and identify what insights should be gleaned, how they could be harvested and aligned with business objectives.
